Terms & Conditions

1. General. A payment must be submitted to CaLawFirms.Com first. After we confirm your payment we will send you an email giving you full access to your own Control Panel where you the Attorney or your Law Firm will post your own Law Firm Listing for the duration of what you signed up for. The Attorney or Law Firm is forbidden to give their UserID and Password to anyone else whatsoever. If you do you give your UserID or Password or Access To your Own Control Panel to a third party then your account will be suspended and deleted and there will be no refunds issued in whole or part. Your Law Firm can enter as many keywords, categories or phrases. We do not charge anything extra. We approve of all key words every 24 hours. After we approve of your listing then your listing will automatically appear on CALawFirms.Com. Competitors and other non Attorneys are warned not to sign up because we reserve the right to not accept your ad and again there will be no refunds issued.

CaLawFirms.Com accepts payment by credit cards/debit cards through PayPal or by Company Checks. You do not have to be a member of PayPal to pay through PayPal. PayPal also accepts on line checks. Attorney or Law Firm agrees to be bound by the terms of this contract. No conditions other than those set forth herein shall be binding on CaLawFirms.Com. This contract supersedes any previous agreements between CaLawFirms.Com and Attorney/Law Firm relating to the subject matter set forth herein. CaLawFirms.Com's only obligation to serve advertisements hereunder shall be to serve advertisements of the advertiser described herein, and in no event shall CaLawFirms.Com be obligated to serve advertisements for any other advertiser or be responsible for any down time that may occur.

2. Changes and Cancellations. Changes can be made via your own Control Panel. CaLawFirms.Com will NOT REFUND its customers for any Cancellations in whole or part. Once an Attorney or Law Firm has paid their will absolutely no refunds in whole or part.

CaLawFirms.Com RESERVES the right to not accept certain key words phrases or certain customers at their discretion. CaLawFirms.Com only accepts listings from Attorneys or Law Firms all others will be rejected. CaLawFirms.Com reserves the right to change any of its advertising specifications at any time including pricing without any warning to its advertisers.

3. KEYWORD(s) or PHRASE(s) CaLawFirms.Com Gives the Attorney or Law Firm UNLIMITED Key Words or Phrases with YOUR PAID Listing per membership signup. CaLawFirms.Com DOES NOT OFFER ANY FREE LISTINGS WHATSOEVER.

3(b). KEYWORD(s) or PHRASE(s) Members That signed up for a Life Time get UNLIMITED Key Words or Phrases. Life Time Members are never ever charged anything as long as your listing remains active and as long as we own our Attorney Search Engine of CaLawFirms.Com

4. Listings. Attorneys or Law Firms are given access to their own Control Panel where they can post their own Law Firm Listing 24/7. The Attorney or Law Firm can post Unlimited Key Words and Unlimited Traffic at no extra charge. CaLawFirms.Com approves the key words, phrases or categories every 24 hours. You will receive an automatic email indicating the key words that have been approved. Please do NOT use the CATCH ALL Phrase in your Control Panel because that will be rejected.

4(b). Listings. It is your responsibility as an Attorney or Law Firm or advertiser to post your own Listing on CaLawFirms.Com. CaLawFirms.Com supplies all users with a control panel where the attorney or Law Firm or advertiser has access 24/7. You can add, edit or remove key words.

5. Payment. CaLawFirms.Com accepts payment via PayPal. Your Law Firm Listing will only be posted after payment is received first.

6. Refunds. CaLawFirms.Com will NOT refund a customer for any reason whatsoever in whole or part. Once the Attorneys or Law Firm's pay for their listing.

6(b). Harassing Emails. CaLawFirms.Com staff, administrator, or employees will NOT tolerate any Harassing, threatening, intimidation and abusive emails from customers or visitors at any time. Law Firm Listings can be removed for such emails.

7. Rejections. CaLawFirms.Com reserves the right to not accept certain customers. CaLawFirms.Com only accepts listings ONLY from Attorneys or Law Firms. CaLawFirms.Com reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any advertisement or to reject or terminate any links, key Word(s), Phrase(s), buttons, boxes or banners for any reason at any time, with or without notice to the advertiser/agency, and whether or not such advertisement, link, button, box or banner was previously acknowledged, accepted, or published.

8. DATABASE. CaLawFirms.Com Search Engine has a database which it uses for its customers and visitors. Visitors access the data base on CaLawFirms.Com Search Engine. CaLawFirms.Com Search Engine is for visitors to find an Attorney or Lawyer not for other competitors stealing our Database. If you are caught stealing our database we will prosecute you to the fullest length of the Law. We record all traffic.

9. Licenses and Indemnification. Advertiser/agency grants CaLawFirms.Com the right to use, reproduce, publicly display and distribute advertiser's advertisements and collateral information and warrants that advertiser/agency has the right to grant such license. Advertiser/Agency represents that the advertiser is the owner or is licensed to use the entire contents and subject matter contained in its advertisements and collateral information, including, without limitation, (a) the names and/or pictures of persons; (b) any copyrighted material, trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or depictions of trademarked or service marked goods or services; and (c) any testimonials or endorsements contained in any advertisement submitted to CaLawFirms.Com. In addition, advertiser/agency represents that the advertiser's advertisements and collateral information do not violate any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation. In consideration of CaLawFirms.Com's acceptance of such advertisements and information for publication, the advertiser and agency will jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless CaLawFirms.Com and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, accountants, attorneys, agents, parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to: (i) advertiser/agency's breach of any covenants, representations and warranties made therein, (ii) CaLawFirms.Com's performance under this contract, and (iii) the copying, printing, distributing, transmitting or publishing of advertiser's/agency's advertisements or collateral information by CaLawFirms.Com.

10. Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CaLawFirms.Com BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR LOST INCOME OR PROFITS, IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT, EVEN IF CaLawFirms.Com HAS BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CaLawFirms.Com BE LIABLE FOR ANY DOWNTIME.
